 Just got your msg about jrb. -thought it was a pony bill
 so didnt look at it. Have faith;what we want is a system
 where we can begin to do two things:
 (1)put in calls to LISP procedures for doing more about loops
 (2)put in a recursion rule
 (3) a top level protocol language for user definitions for
 some nice subset of special frames--eg machinery assembly and diagnostics.
 WE cant afford reprogramming time just yet.
 I shall be trying the new compr on some more pumping frames this weekend
